If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from that service.

Health & Fitness Information

You provide this information voluntarily so we can build your personalized plans:

Age, gender, height, and weight

Body measurements

Injuries and physical limitations

Food allergies

Fitness goals, training location, and activity level

Workout history, completed sessions, and progress

Meals, nutrition records, and water intake

Injuries and allergies are used specifically to exclude unsafe exercises and unsuitable meals from your plans.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use analytics tools, crash-reporting services, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking technology.

We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell or rent your data.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

Some Mulhim features are powered by third-party artificial intelligence services.

To generate your workout and meal plans, and to operate the AI coach, we send relevant profile information — such as your age, gender, height, weight, goal, activity level, injuries, and food allergies — together with your AI coach messages, to our AI provider (OpenAI) for processing.

This processing is limited to generating the plans and responses you request. We do not send your name, email address, or payment information to the AI provider.

We share information only with the providers necessary to operate Mulhim:

All payment processing is handled by Apple. We never receive or store your payment card details.

Security & Protection

We never sell your personal information.

Your data is stored securely using encrypted systems and protected by access controls. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. When you do, your personal data is deleted from our systems.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — you must cancel that through your Apple Account settings.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

Children's Privacy

Mulhim is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
